Polar Express 2025

On The Day 

Join the coach at your local pickup point (wearing your pyjamas and dressing gown should you wish) for the drive to the Wensleydale Railway for the early evening train.  
 
Makes sure you have your golden ticket ready as the conductor calls “ALL ABOARD!”, and the chefs help you on board. As you make your way to your seats, the show is about to begin. The train pulls away from the platform and you’ll be treated to some familiar songs from the film, performed for you by the very talented chefs and maybe even the Conductor himself.  
 
Before your very eyes, the story of the Polar Express will come to technicolour life. Beloved characters from the story including the chefs, Conductor and maybe even the ghost on the train will draw you ever deeper into the story of the Polar Express Train Ride. As the train steams along it’s journey, everyone will be served hot chocolate and a sweet treat just like in the film.   
 
Before you know it, a very special guest will join you on board your train ride. Santa Claus himself will appear right there in your carriage! He will say hello to your children and provide them with the First Gift of Christmas, a beautiful shiny silver sleigh bell. His elf helper will make sure the grownups get their bell.  
 
After the experience, return to the coach as we make our way home.

Important Information

Infants aged 2 and under can travel at a discounted price of £25 but they will not receive the full Polar Express package as detailed below. 
Children aged 2 and under can travel without a ticket if they do not occupy a seat, (sitting on an adults lap). Only one child aged 2 and under can accompany an adult due to seating and safety conditions. We reserve the right to vary the facilities on offer during the event for operational or safety reasons. 
Please note all details are correct at the time of print. As our tours are planned many months in advance some changes may occur which are unavoidable. Any changes will be notified in writing as soon as possible.  
Seats are in blocks of 4 around a table in the carriages. This means there may be other passengers sharing a table with you. Bookings of odd numbers (ie 3,5 etc) will have to either share a table with other passengers or be split across another table opposite.
