We return to Torquay for one of our best selling holidays at Torquay Leisure Hotel Resort. Situated in the heart of Torquay, there’s not much this resort doesn’t offer – with daytime activities, nightly entertainment and extensive leisure facilities, this is a holiday not to be missed.

Day 1

Morning departure from your local pickup point, we make our way to Torquay arriving at the hotel late afternoon.

Day 2

Free day in Torquay. You may choose to peruse the independent shops in the town centre, which are just a short walk away, or stay in the hotel and enjoy the daytime activities and superb leisure facilities.

Day 3

Today we visit the World of Country Life. The attraction has an eclectic mix of museums, animals and entertainment. See the South West’s largest collection of steam engines, vintage cars and vehicles at the ‘Hall of Transport’, wander through the ‘Exhibition Hall’ to see a fascinating snapshot of rural life, nostalgia and memorabilia then head outside to see the animals including deer and wallabies.

Day 4

Today we have a scenic day planned as we take in the local area by train and boat. We begin with a train journey from Paignton to Kingswear, then a short 10 minute ferry to Dartmouth where we enjoy a 60 minute cruise. Keep your eyes peeled for the varied wildlife that can be seen – Dolphins, Seals, Herons, Egrets, Buzzards and Kingsfishers if you're quick enough! We return to Paignton via the short ferry crossings and train.

Day 5

After a leisurely breakfast we make our return journey home.

During your stay you can enjoy access to the Aztec Leisure (pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi), a wealth of daytime activities and top entertainment every night.
