Llandudno

The picture-perfect Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno has remained virtually unchanged since its heyday and is well loved by tourists. The sweeping bay of the North Shore is lined with pastel-coloured hotels and the unmistakable backdrop of The Great Orme’s limestone cliffs making it a picture perfect backdrop.

Day 1

Morning departure from your local pickup point, we make our way to Llandudno arriving at the hotel mid afternoon.

Day 2

Today we have a free day in Llandudno. Take a walk along the promenade which is just across the road from the hotel, the Pier is just a few minutes walk with it's attractions and gift shops.

Day 3

Take a once in a lifetime adventure on the Snowdon Mountain Railway which has been described as one of the most scenic railway journeys in the world. Sit back and relax as stunning scenery and awe-inspiring views unfold as we climb up Snowdon. If time allows, we visit Caernarfon, home to Wales’s most famous castle to enjoy some free time strolling the narrow streets and stylish waterfront.

Day 4

We begin the day on the Isle of Anglesey visiting the captivating seaside town of Beaumaris. A ‘must’ is to take a walk through the town, starting with a stroll along the seafront, taking in the pier and the views over the Menai Strait. We return to Llandudno making a stop in Conwy. The town is rich in history with its mighty 13th century castle standing proud in the centre.

Day 5

After a leisurely start to the day we make our return journey home calling at Bury’s World Famous Market.

Somerset Hotel

The Somerset Hotel is a grand building with plenty of history and fabulous views out across the bay, sitting in an enviable position on the seafront. All the rooms are tastefully furnished with en suite bathrooms, many with walk in showers. Every room has a flat screen tv and tea/coffee making facilities.
