Liverpool City Break

Liverpool is a city of culture, heritage and people. With unique visitor attractions, unrivalled musical heritage and a famously warm welcome, Liverpool is a great place to explore. The city has the largest collection of museums and galleries anywhere outside of the capital, so you’re bound to find something to entertain in a place where culture and heritage are at the heart of the city

Day 1

After a morning pick-up we head to Liverpool arriving midday. We check into the hotel then have the afternoon and evening at leisure.

Day 2

You’ll have the whole day to explore Liverpool. Why not visit one of the excellent museums, some of which are unique to Liverpool; there’s every conceivable attraction dedicated to the Beatles, of course, as well as interesting experiences like the Seized! Museum, which details the history of smuggling and contraband in Britain. You could relax on a short cruise along the Mersey, or explore the old waterfront. With so much to choose from, you’ll be spoilt for choice!

Day 3

After a leisurely breakfast we check out of the hotel and visit Manchester. Known as the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution, Manchester has a proud history which spans science, politics, music, the arts and sports. The city-centre is jam packed with things to do, from shopping centres to unique museums, art galleries and a stunning cathedral.
